1. What equipment is needed?
We provide and install the Radio Receiver outside your home and a WiFi Router is required for wireless devices to connect inside your home. You could purchase a router from us, which does come with additional tech support allowing us to troubleshoot any issues remotely and you can easily expand your WiFi coverage with additional units.
2. Can my neighbour steal my WiFi?
No, the only people who can access your WiFi network are those who have your WiFi password.
3. How long will it take to install?
Part of the setup fee includes up to two hours of the installers time. If your install is more difficult and therefore takes longer, additional charges will apply.
4. Do you throttle during peak hours?
No, this is not implemented on our network.
5. How fast is the service?
Our fastest 5G plan gives up 50Mbps download and 10Mbps upload speeds.
